Police leaders must be able to control their faction, and the members in it.

If a cop is acting crazy, it is the police leaders duty to punish, or remove that person from the faction. (Admins shouldn't have to do it for you)

Police leaders must be very active. If you can't be active then please just be a normal cop.

When recruiting new officers, they should all start at Rank 1.

It is the police leaders responsibility to train new cops, or a higher ranked officer may do it for you.
We encourage police training missions. This will make the police faction better, and more professional.

Yes, swat is in the same faction as normal police.
